Conditioning Interval-running example-workout

a simple but highly effective and mental challengeing workout, and all you need is yourself and a pair of shoes.

Warmup: Jogging


GPP
~50min Intervall-Run
+130 Pushups inbetween(always 10 at a time)
+30 Squats
+10 Jumping Squats
+5x 75m sprints in the end
