just see the vid below.
All you need is some kind of weight and someplace to do pullups at.
If there is no room for pullups, do bent-over-rows.
If there is no room for any weight, do heavy body-weight-exercises.
If you find an excuse for those too...Well, too bad. No-one can help you.
